REFUND POLICY FOR SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS

Consistent with Indonesian regulations governing dietary supplements and wellness products, Hadwin does not accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or consumed supplement products.

1. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and regulations for dietary supplement products, once a supplement product has been opened, partially consumed, or used in any way, it is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Why Supplements Are Non-Returnable

Dietary supplements and wellness products involve ingestion or direct physical contact with the body. Once opened or used, product integrity cannot be guaranteed, and we cannot determine whether the product has been contaminated or altered. For health and safety reasons, used supplement products cannot be restocked or resold.

3. Unopened Product Returns

If you receive a supplement product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrectly filled, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and may offer replacement or correction at our discretion, provided the product remains unopened and in original condition.

4. Verification Requirements

To request consideration for an unopened product issue, provide photographic evidence of damage or defects and the original product packaging. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our verification standards.

5. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not issued for personal dissatisfaction with product taste, texture, effectiveness, or any other subjective reason. All supplement purchases are final once the product is opened or consumed.

7. Exchange Process

If we approve your claim for unopened defective products, we will arrange shipment of a replacement product. Shipping costs for replacements are borne by Hadwin for documented defects.

This refund policy is established in compliance with Indonesian consumer protection laws and regulations specific to dietary supplements. Supplement products are classified as food products under Indonesian law and follow applicable consumer protection standards for such items.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding refunds or returns will be handled according to Indonesian consumer protection procedures. Consumers may seek resolution through official channels established by Indonesian authorities if necessary.
